New Library

• The Friends donated $150,000 that provided significant help in the construction and furnishing of the new library building.

Cultural Events & Programs

• Summer reading programs for children, teens, and adults, providing books, bags, and prizes

• Cultural passes offer library patrons free and discounted admission to local museums and galleries

• Clubs, classes, and programs for all ages, including special performers and programs for children

Fun Extras

• Special collection books and DVDs, including Lucky Day and Young Adult graphic novels

• Replacement of classic books and audio discs that have been a little too well loved

• Seed money for PS4 and X-Box games

• Circulation desk counter, bike racks, children’s game computers, and young adult furniture

• Acquisition and care of exterior plants and flowers
